We started LeafCraft in 2022 at IIIT-Hyderabad because we believed the hard problem in enterprise AI wasn't building one agent — it was orchestrating many of them safely.
After shipping custom agent systems for clients across AdTech, Manufacturing, and Logistics, the pattern became clear: every engagement needed the same core infrastructure. So we productized it.

Ananth Khoushik Reddy has spent years designing the systems other companies build on top of. As Lead Architect on India’s national Bhashini program, he designed the foundational architecture for one of the most ambitious multilingual AI platforms ever attempted at country scale. Earlier, as CTO at MAI Labs, he built regulated blockchain frameworks for secure digital transactions in global markets. He founded LeafCraft because the next infrastructure question — how enterprises actually run AI agents in production — deserved a better answer than anything that existed.
LeafCraft is a lean team that has spent years engineering enterprise-grade systems at scale — not theorising about them from the outside. Every part of LeafMesh was built with one question in mind: would this actually work for the operations team that gets paged at 2 AM by an agent nobody can explain?
